Terms and Conditions
Aroma Spa recommend that you arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow
relaxation before your treatment.
All treatment time includes consultation.
Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments
may not be honoured.
Clients are kindly requested to give 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments, you may incur a charge
should you not attend or cancel your appointment.
For our package days we will ask for payment details to secure your appointment time.
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and make ideal gifts. All gift vouchers are valid for six months
from date of purchase. All treatments, vouchers and products sold are non re-fundable.
